This year we will be showcasing our services at the "BIG" Seattle Wedding Show on January 7th & 8th, 2012 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. New Digs Open House & Spring Tasting -
Wednesday, April 20th, 2011.   We opened a new kitchen in Seattle and we had a fun open house for friends and clients! 
Our guests tastes our food, sipeped cocktails, met fun and professional event vendors such as... Adam's DJ Service, Alante Photography, Countryside Floral, Elysian Brewing Co., Samadhi Chocolates, 1000 Words Photo Booth, and more.

Go Green - and Get Growing!

Friday, May 6th  was the 4th Annual Herb Hors d'oeuvre Challenge at the Presale Party for the Master Gardeners' Association Annual Plant Sale.  At the Center for Urban Horticulture - UW Botanic Gardens.

We served our Chevre Petals (goat cheese rolled in fresh mint and pistachios with a dried cherry center, served on edible rose petals with a drizzle of port wine glaze) as we competed to take back our "Brussel Sprout Crown" for the best herb inspired hors d'oeuvre.  The competition was stiff again this year and this time the crown went to Pyramid Catering for their Ahi Spoons.  Congratulations Ben!  I heard it was a very tight race, and of course we're all winners because we feel great about donating to the Master Gardeners Association and the UW Botanic Gardens. We can't wait for Spring to come back around in 2012 and hopefully we'll take back the crown again.  Bon Appetit!
