hese menus are designed to give you some ideas for your event. Each has been developed with many of our most popular items. However, we welcome substitutions.We create a customized menu for each and every client. Once you have found a menu that pleases your palate and your budget, please feel free to browse through our menu items by category if you are interested in substitutions. Or we can start with a blank slate and create a custom menu for you with any items you can dream up. We also offer multi-cultural and specialty menus for ethnic cuisine by request.  And we are happy to accommodate special dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, and organic. All of our food is made from scratch to your specifications by Chef Luis Sanchez and his culinary team. 

Sample menu prices are estimated based on approximately 70 guests and do not include service staff and rentals. Of course we can accommodate smaller and larger groups of 15 to 500.  Current pricing is subject to change due to food cost.
